Tagalog. Supposedly my native language, but I'm way more used to English after spending the greater portion of my childhood in California.

I'm mostly fine with public speaking, as long as I'm not talking about myself and/or I've had some prep time so I know what I'm going to be saying.
Language barrier might trip me up a bit this time, but I'll manage.
(Also, I opted to get some shuteye in the end. The drowsiness was making it impossible to think. Let's hope it was worth it.)

I am going to be up all night writing a speech in a language I'm not completely proficient in, to be performed tomorrow afternoon. This is what we're doing in lieu of a final exam.
I've already spent most of today researching my topic, so hopefully I've gathered enough ideas that the only thing I'll need to worry about are the actual words.

I've heard complaints about the lightsaber hilt. But what bothers me more, personally, is the jagged contours of the blade. I'm used to seeing a clean, straight line for a lightsaber blade. It is, after all, supposed to be a more elegant weapon for a more civilized age.
Then again, perhaps that effect was intentional. Like there's a bit of savagery in the character that extends to the construction of their weapon of choice. Time will tell.

I wonder if they accidentally included all the suspended accounts.

If you're wondering why it's black and white, it's because Photoshop refuses to use colour on scanned drawings for some reason. Are you sure it's not stuck on grayscale color mode instead of RGB, or something?

I don't suppose the Harry Potter studio has, like, an actual Hogwarts building?

Protip: Don't code something you can't test right away. And if the reason you can't test right away is because it's a big thing to code, then you definitely should break it up into half a dozen little testable chunks.
I think I might have to end up scrapping a couple afternoons' worth of code. At least it's a pet project and not something with a looming deadline of doom, but still.

@jt: So one key element to the game is that bosses should feel more like a puzzle rather than a straight-up slugfest.
What's the gameplay for this anyway? 3D/2D platformer? RPG ala Final Fantasy? Something else?

I don't really have a choice but to do my gaming on a PC. Though I've never been one to play those fancy-shmancy high-spec games anywhere near launch time. So that mitigates the upgrade hurdle somewhat. (Also, since I'm on a laptop, upgrading would pretty much mean a brand new unit.)
I've played the Recettear demo a bit, though at the moment I'm more focused on finishing the New Game Plus mode on Mark of the Ninja.
And also Kingdom of Loathing. Anyone else here ever played that?
