A Link to the Past isn't exactly modern.

Maybe I could make thread about space sims later (in case more people showed up on forum).
Anyway, who would like to play TF2 some day?

I'd be up for it, though I'm kind of out of practice.

My computer isn't running steam properly at the moment, which is keeping me away from both TF2 and Age Of Empires. Annoyed doesn't begin to describe my feeling.

That could be it. I must be months behind with updates.
Who here plays TF2 btw? I know DeathCloud does.

I'll do that, and play a little Sim City 3 too.

I've been taking advantage of the Games For Gold program that Microsoft has going on. Among the games I've been playing, there's been Sleeping Dogs, Dust: An Elysian Tail, some others I can't immediately recall... oh, and next month I'll be getting Dark Souls thanks to it. What's this games for gold thing? I've been out of the loop for so long I've no idea what games are about these days. I also seem to have misplaced my copy of bioshock infinite. This sucks. I was looking forward to playing that again. If you have an active Xbox Live Gold account, you can download a game they selected on the Marketplace for free - one available for the first half of the month, and one for the second. Altogether, 1 year = 24 games.

Feels like it's been aaaaages since I played any kind of game... doing games QA for a living doesn't exactly make one wanna get home and plug away at a game for another 8 hours, that's for sure. That, and I spend most of my time these days making games... well, game.
I've been playing a bit of League of Legends lately, though. Not a huge amount, just a game or two on weekends when I've got some spare time. And with E3 come and gone, I've kinda got the urge to buy a Wii U. Wonderful 101 looked neat last year, and now that there's another Zelda and Starfox game, plus Midna in Hyrule Warriors(Nintraindo 2014 get hype get hype), there's stuff to look forward to there.
Still the matter of convincing myself to actually sit down and play though, instead of working like a madman every free hour.

Yeah, WiiU has a lot of good stuff coming down the pipe; I may try to get one over the summer, though jury is out whether I'd have enough time to play much on it.

Anyone have some E3 related stuff they care to share? I don't really keep up with that sort of thing so I don't know much of what happened.

Only thing I really paid much attention to was the sneak peek at the new Zelda, which is apparently planned to be open-world.
