Just noticed Vinyl during the Battle of the Bands song. She's totally bobbing her head to the wrong beat.

@kyler: Is your avatar Admiral VV from Twitch Plays Pokemon? It looks like him.

Yup. He was my favorite.
(Edit: Decided to change avatars, but it's still the Admiral.)

Since I'm financially challenged, I'm still looking for an upload of the full movie that isn't a crappy cell phone video. The Yayponies upload is some weird file type my computer doesn't recognize. My quest for something that would play the file led me to a download that wanted to "make X my home page and default browser". Yeah...no. Buck you.
There are several YT videos that display the standard copyright claim notice. The funny thing is, they all claim to have exactly 301 views. I suspect they're all some kind of click-through scam by the same person.

Are they all recent uploads? Youtube has this thing where view counts stall at 301 while some verification process goes on. Viewcounts are serious business on Youtube.

Yeah, when I clicked on them yesterday, they said they were uploaded "4 hours ago".

Hmm, mkv is a pretty standard video format. Media Classic and VLC as just one of many players can work with it just fine. And both are freeware so no need to get involved with shady sites.

Yeah, VLC will play just about anything. And yeah, youtube view counts generally stall at 301 for a while before it updates.

I will also vouch for the effectiveness of VLC. Haven't met a file format yet that it couldn't play.

I finally got around to downloading the VLC player. Works like a charm.

I'm finally watching Rainbow Rocks. Already Pinkie's making me smile with her frosting poster.

Did you finish the movie, Apple? What did you think of it?

He told me his computer cut out on him a couple of minutes before the end.
He seemed to be enjoying it though.
