So, what are all of your personal head canons for the show? I'll post one of mine in just a bit.

I have some, but they're all so minor I can't think of anything at the moment.

I'm the same. They're so minor I've basically forgotten them!

Before she saved up enough money for the down payment on Carousel Boutique, Rarity sold clothes from a booth at the flea market. She still goes to there, both to support other artisans and to find antiques and other inspirations for her own work. But she only goes in disguise (sunglasses and a huge hat) because she's afraid her reputation will be ruined if she's seen there.
Actually, I came up with that headcanon sometime in S3. Now that we've seen Rarity at the Trader's Exchange, I guess it's no longer very plausible for her to be embarrassed over visiting the flea market. Oh well.

Cloudchaser's full name is Cloudchaser Stormwalker. And she's Princess Luna's illegitimate daughter, even though it makes no sense.

Anyone any info on Crystal Ponies? Name themes, physical abilities etc.

I think they're just regular earth ponies, dude. They don't seem to have a theme, even the crystal form is just a side-effect of the crystal heart.
As for headcanons, before I learned that the novelisations apparently gave Cadence a backstory, it was my belief that she was Luna's daughter.

They were kinda crystalized before the heart activated though, and they remain crystal outside of the Empire, even though the other ponies don't.

- Tinted lenses (i.e. sunglasses) block cockatrice stares.
- Big Mac and Cheerilee really are just good friends.
- Cadance and Shining Armor swing.
- The Everfree Forest grew from the remains of a powerful alicorn king whose earth pony magic ran wild after his death.
- Zecora is royalty who abdicated her throne to pursue her alchemical mastery. Celestia is aware of this.

I sort of headcanon Big Mac and Cheerilee as having dated in the past, but had an amicable breakup when they realized they were better as friends.

^ That's basically what I was thinking, yeah.

Head canon:
Maud Pie is the oldest child in the family, and is therefore the 'prestigious one', what with her rockorate and all. Limestone and Marble (that's their names yeah?) are the two youngest children and are therefore the 'babies' of the family. Pinkie is the middle child, with full on 'middle child syndrome. Hence the 'difference'.
Now that book about Pinkie's family coming to visit her (which I read but can't remember much off) might completely contradict this though.

Maybe we'll see more of Pinkie's family in S5.
