I haven't seen it yet but I know enough...was that a clone that survived the purge or a Changling in deep cover? Discuss!

If it's a changeling, it really picked the wrong pony to imitate.
My personal theory?
The human Pinkie from the Equestria Girls universe found a way to visit.

Occam's Razor would suggest that Twilight simply missed one. She's good at magic, but she's not always perfect.
On a different note, is the title a reference to anything? For some reason, Parks and Recreation comes to mind.

That was a great episode. Really interesting structure, with the story starting at the end, then showing how they got there, alternating between the events themselves and the ponies' reminiscing about the events. And it wasn't just complexity for complexity's sake: the darting between different perspectives set up some great jokes.
And all the various subplots tie together in the end. I'll have to watch again, but on a purely story mechanics level, I think this is one of the best episodes ever.
